 Ingredients

  • 2 big onions
  • Ginger (half inch)
  • 6 garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1 teaspoon
  • Curry Leaves
  • Pepper (10 grams)
  • 10 to 15 dried chilly
  • 1 Chile (githeyo mirus)
  • Coconut slices (burned for short time)
  • Half lemon juice or green mango 2 slice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Turmeric 1/3 spoon little
  • 2 to 4 spoon water

Preparation

Mix well in a mixer, until it becomes a paste.

It is a very popular side to eat with garudhiya (fish soup) and rice.

Also we use this to in barbecue to marinated fish, chicken it is commonly used in Maldives.
