Lonumirus
Ingredients
- 2 big onions
- Ginger (half inch)
- 6 garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon
- Curry Leaves
- Pepper (10 grams)
- 10 to 15 dried chilly
- 1 Chile (githeyo mirus)
- Coconut slices (burned for short time)
- Half lemon juice or green mango 2 slice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Turmeric 1/3 spoon little
- 2 to 4 spoon water
Preparation
Mix well in a mixer, until it becomes a paste.
It is a very popular side to eat with garudhiya (fish soup) and rice.
Also we use this to in barbecue to marinated fish, chicken it is commonly used in Maldives.
