Breadfruit Rice
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 500 grams’ basmati rice
- Bread fruit (cut to 1 inch cubes)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups coconut milk (thin) or 1 table spoon oil
PREPARATION
Wash the rice, add the bread fruit, salt and cook in medium flame, when the water evaporates put the lid let it cook for 5 minutes.
Its preferred to rihaakuru dhiya, garudhiya (fish soup) and grilled fish, it one of my favorite dish.
