Tuna & Veg Pasta
Ingredients
- 900 Wheat pasta
- 1 onion
- 8 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/2 inch ginger (crushed)
- 1 bell paper
- 1 Scotch Bonnet pepper (giteyo mirus)
- 2 or 3 cube cream cheese
- 500 ml fresh milk
- 2 spoon pepper powder
- 1 canned fish
- 400 grams fish (valho mas) sliced
- 1 carrot
- 3 to 4 spoon olive oil
- 1 table spoon salt
- curry leaves (optional)
- chili powder (optional)
- 2 spoon oyster sauce or teriyaki sauce
Preparation
Into a pot add water, when it starts to boil add salt, 1 spoon of oil and add the pasta.
Let it cook for 20 minutes, and remove the water, add some tap water and drain it.
cut the onion, bell pepper, carrot, githeyo mirus into thin slices
Into a pot add the olive oil, add the garlic, ginger and salute for 3 minutes, add onion, curry leaves, salute for 5 minutes. add carrot slices, fish slices, fish tin, pepper powder, salt, oyster sauces and again salute for 6 to 7 minutes in low flame.
Add the cream cheese into the pot after 2 to 3 minutes add the fresh milk and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the pasta into the sauces pan and mix it. serve it hot.
