Cabbage & beans fry

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 400 grams’ cabbage
  • 200 grams’ beans
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 garlic
  • 2 dry chili
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 tomato
  • Maldivian dried fish (slices)
  • Curry leaves and ramp leaves
  • 2 spoon oil
  • 1 tea spoon salt


PREPARATION

Cut the onion, garlic, tomato, cabbage, beans.

In a pan fry the onion, garlic, dry chili in oil.

Add pepper powder and cabbage, beans, tomato, fish chips, salt and cover the pan in low flame for 7 minutes.

Serve with rice, flat bread.
