Cabbage & beans fry
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 400 grams’ cabbage
- 200 grams’ beans
- 1 large onion
- 4 garlic
- 2 dry chili
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 tomato
- Maldivian dried fish (slices)
- Curry leaves and ramp leaves
- 2 spoon oil
- 1 tea spoon salt
PREPARATION
Cut the onion, garlic, tomato, cabbage, beans.
In a pan fry the onion, garlic, dry chili in oil.
Add pepper powder and cabbage, beans, tomato, fish chips, salt and cover the pan in low flame for 7 minutes.
Serve with rice, flat bread.
