Valho Mas Pasta
Ingredients
- 500 grams pasta
- 150 grams valho mas (smoked fish)
- 100 grams corn
- 200 grams brocoli
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp teriyaki sauce (optional)
- 8 grated garlic
- 3 dry chillie
- 1 bell paper
- 1 tsp chillie flakes
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 3 spoon olive oil
Preparation
Add water into cooking pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt and oil.
when the water starts to boil, add the pasta and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Check whether it is cooked, remove the water and add some water and stain it, keep it aside.
Into a pot add the grated garlic and oil salute for 2 minutes, add the vegetables, and valomas sliced, salute for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the chilli flakes, pepper powder, salt, sauces into it, salute for 2 minutes.
Add the paster into it. Serve it hot.
