Kankun Beef


 

 

 

 Ingredients

  • 1kg beef (thin slices)
  • 2 spoon ginger & garlic paster
  • 1 spoon white vinegar
  • 6 garlic sliced
  • 3 spoon soy source & oyster sauce
  • Kakun leaf (water spinach) 2  to 3 bunch
  • 3 spoon oil
  • 1 spoon pepper flakes
  • 2 spoon chili flakes
  • Curry leafs
  • 4 Dried chilly

Directions

For marination into a bowl add the beef, ginger & garlic paste keeps for 2 hours.

wash the kakun leaf and cut it.






 

 

 

 

 

Wash the beef

To a pan add little oil add the beef & fry both slice lightly

Take the beef add all other ingredients into the pan and salute.

Add the beef into pan and salute for 2 to 3 minutes.

And then add the kakun into pan and salute for few minutes. and serve it.

It’s very preferred to eat with rice or bread.
