Beef Masala
Ingredients
1 kilo beef
2 onions
3 garlic
half inch ginger (grind)
2 beef or chicken cubes
2 spoon dark soy sauce
2 tomato paste tins (small)
2 bay leaf or curry leaves
1 chili (scotch bonnet)
2 spoon chili powder
Carnation milk or coconut milk
Curry leaves
- 2 spoon (medium) deer curry powder
- 3 spoon olive oil
Marination
Cut the beef and add 2 spoon white vinegar, mix 2 spoon of garlic ginger paste. Marinate over night.
Preparation
Wash the beef, keep aside.
Blend the onion, garlic, ginger, chili (scotch bonnet), curry leaves into a thick paste.
Add oil 2 or 3 spoon into a pan, add the onion mixture, bay leaf and chill and salute until brown.
Add the beef and cook for 15 to 20minutes.
Add the beef or chicken cubes, soy sauce, tomato paste, chill powder, spice (deer brand) and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the carnation milk or coconut milk cook for 5 minutes low flame.
Serve with rice and a green salad.
