Maldivian Rihaakuru Dhiya

Ingredients
- 2 onions
- ½ Lemon juice
- Curry leaves
- Roasted dry chili
- Chili (githeyo mirus)
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 3 table spoon rihaakuru (fish Paste)
- 2 cups coconut milk (thin)
- 1 cup coconut milk (thick)
PREPARATION
Cut the onion, chili, roasted chili, curry leaves.
Mix the onion, chilli, roasted chili, curry leaves, lemon juice, salt, rihaakuru paste by hand.
Add the thin coconut milk and then thick coconut milk
Its preferred to eat with rice or bread fruit rice with a green salad and grilled fish, it one of my favorite dish.
