Beetroot Curry (dry)
Ingredients
- Beetroot 500 Grams
- 1 big onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200 grams tuna chips (dry)
- 3 spoon oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili flakes or powder
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- Curry leaves
- 2 green chili
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup of water
- 3 dry chili
Preparations
Remove the skin of the beetroot, cut into the beetroots into thin slices.
Cut the onion and garlic
Into a cooking pot add beetroot, onion, garlic, fish chips, dry chili, 2 spoon of oil, pepper, chili flakes, turmeric powder, curry leaves, and add one cup of water.
Cook it until all the water evaporates, add little oil and stir it.
Can be served with rice or flat bread.
