Cashew Nut Chicken
Ingredients
- 900 grams boneless chicken
- 1 large onion
- 3 spoon garlic paste
- 3 spoon ginger paste
- 100 grams cashew nuts
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 giteyo mirus (scotch bonnet)
- 2 capsicum
- 4 dark soy sauce
- 3 spoon oyster sauce
- 3 spoon olive oil
- 300 grams beans
- 2 table spoon salt
- 1 table spoon sugar
- 2 table spoon pepper
- 2 table spoon chili powder
- 2 table spoon cornflour
- 2 table spoon chili powder
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
Preparation
Cut the chicken into small pieces, marinate the chicken with pepper powder, flour, lemon juice, salt and keep it to marinate for 1 hour
Cut the onion, garlic, scotch bonnet, bell pepper and capsicum.
Fry the chicken lightly
In the cooking pan roast the cashew nuts and take it into a plate.
Add the oil, onion, garlic, scotch bonnet, bell pepper, capsicum, salute it for 5 to 8 minutes.
Cut the beans and add it to the pan.
Also add the chili powder, pepper powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salute for 5 minutes.
Add the roasted cashew nuts and chicken and salute for 6 to 10 minutes.
Serve with rice or flat bread.
