 Mongolian Fired Rice

 







 Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Rice (cooked)
  • 350 grams baby prawns
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 leeks
  • 200 grams cabbage
  • 200 grams green beans
  • 1 bell pepper
  •  4 spoon garlic paste
  • 4 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili flakes 
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tsp oil

Preparation 

Cut the vegetables in to thin slices

In a non-stick pan, add two spoon oil and add the eggs, scramble the eggs and transfer it in to a plate.

To the same pan add oil, add baby prawns and fry it light.

Add the garlic paste salute for 3 to 4 minutes

Afterwards add the chili flakes and salt and salute it for 1 minutes, add the oyster and soy sauce.

Add the rice and mix well.

After that add all the vegetables and mix it well, keep in low flame for 20 minutes and mix it.

Serve it hot will some salad.
